Xolvix GmbH is an AI company based in 1130 Vienna, Austria. We build AI agents, AI voice agents for the phone, AI phone systems and chatbots for small and mid-sized companies. Data protection: our servers are in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg) and we sign a GDPR data processing agreement with you. Where your project requires processing only in the EU, we use the model provider's EU data processing where it is offered for the model, and we tell you openly if any part runs outside the EU.

Oliver Keplinger, Managing Director
I am Managing Director of Xolvix GmbH in Vienna. With KEP-Consult GmbH I work for companies in energy, telecommunications and sales, and I know cloud phone systems such as Wildix from daily practice. That experience goes straight into our phone AI and AI agents.
Xolvix GmbH is based on Hietzinger Hauptstraße in 1130 Vienna. I personally accompany every project, from the first call through the setup to training your team.

What is an AI agent and how is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent completes a task end to end: it reads a request, looks up the data in your systems, prepares the quote and puts it in front of you for approval.
What can an AI agent take over in our business?
Typical tasks are preparing quotes, sorting and answering email, keeping contacts and follow-ups in the CRM up to date, answering calls and booking appointments, or watching figures and flagging changes. We find the task that pays off most for you in the demo.
Does the agent act without my approval?
No. At the start every agent delivers drafts and you approve them. Only once a task works reliably do you decide whether the agent may handle it on its own. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
How is the agent connected to our systems?
Through the official interfaces of your software, using OAuth sign-in or an API key, for example Gmail, Outlook, your CRM, accounting or phone system. You do not need your own server and can revoke any access at any time.
